How to return a product to us


At Mary’s Medical Scrubs customer service is our number one priority.  We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days with a few necessary requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be in the original packaging, with appropriate tags, and in original unused condition

™    Items that have been washed or laundered, or missing manufacturers tags, or UPC  codes will not be accepted

™    Returns must be accompanied with a corresponding RA form.  Please contact our customer service prior to returning merchandise in order to obtain an RA form. 

™    Customer must pay for return shipping cost

™    Once returns are received they will be inspected by the returns department.  Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed.  Refunds will be given through your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Google checkout, etc.).  Please note: depending on your credit card company it may take 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

™    Boxed items, such as footwear, must be in the original packaging.  Do not tape or apply shipping label directly to items that are to be returned.  Any return that comes back to us with tape or a shipping label on the original package will be subject to a $4.99 deduction.

™    Embroidered or special order items are cannot be returned or exchanged. 

™    There are no returns or exchanges available on clearance items.  All sales are final on clearance items.

™    Any returns that are not in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


If you are not satisfied with any or all of the items that you ordered, please contact our customer service department  to obtain an RA form and begin the return process.
